These Terms are the agreement between you and Thryll for using the app. By using Thryll you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can use Thryll
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to agree to these Terms. One account per person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account.
The beta
Thryll is in private beta. Features, characters, prices and content limits will change, things may break, and data may be reset. Tell us when something goes wrong.
AI characters
Every character is fictional and every reply is generated by AI. Characters can be wrong, inconsistent or surprising. They are not real people, not professionals, and nothing they say is medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice.
If you're in crisis, contact local emergency services or call or text 988 in the US.
What you can't do
No content involving minors, or characters presented as minors, in any sexual or romantic context. No non-consensual sexual content, incest, or sexual content involving animals.
No using Thryll to harass, threaten, impersonate or create content about real people without their consent. No illegal activity, spam, scraping, reverse engineering, or trying to break or overload the service.
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and report illegal activity to the authorities.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write. You give Thryll a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process and use it to run, improve and promote the service, including developing and training AI, subject to your settings and our Privacy Policy. AI-generated replies and images are provided for your personal use.
Tokens, plans and payments
Tokens are a limited license to use features in Thryll. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and may expire or change as described when you get them.
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Prices may change with notice. Except where the law requires, payments are non-refundable. Tokens refunded for failed photos are returned as tokens.
Ending your account
You can delete your account any time at Me → Account. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the service.
Disclaimers
Thryll is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI output will be accurate or appropriate.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Thryll and its owners aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here and tell you in the app about important changes. Using Thryll after an update means you accept it.
